330 minutes with 1 manual. Fee: $100 + sales tax (TN)

We will review chaining corrections, coordinate geometry, trigonometry, DMD calculations, elevation adjustments, horizontal & vertical curves, earthwork calculations, map scales, intersections and pre-determined area, curve dispacement, etc.

Principles & Practice

900 minutes with 5 manuals. Fee: $160 + sales tax (TN)

We will review sequential & simultaneous conveyances, senior rights, lot proration, control of conflicting elements, adverse possession, Easement creation use and termination, dedication, reversion.  Water boundaries.  Public Land Sections, restoration of lost or obliterated corners. Instruments of conveyance.

Tennessee State Jurisdictional

340 minutes with 8 manuals. Fee: $130 + sales tax (TN)

We will review Astronomic observation, Board rules & regulations, Code of professional conduct, TN Subsurface sewage regulations, TDOT survey regulations, Tennessee Minimum Technical Standards, subdivision regulations, basic hydrology, FEMA regulations, wetlands, subdivision, land description and contract preparation, etc. Manuals included: T-Dot Survey manual, T-Dot Survey manual appendix, TN Subsurface Sewerage manual, Board Rules & regulations, Hydrology, Subdividing Lands, Writing Effective Land Descriptions.
