Correspondence Course

The following course is available for 8 PDHs of credit in

Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi North Carolina and Tennessee.

You will receive a manual of cases and statutes, along with a 72 question exam covering the manual contents. Upon receiving a passing grade of 70% or greater, a certificate of completion will be issued for 8 PDHs. AL, AR, & MS: 200+ page manual, TN: 400+ page manual

Course description: Statutes & Case Law, this course covers the various statutes and cases tried in the particular state on land surveying issues such as acquiescence, adverse possession, boundaries, cemeteries, covenants, deeds, dedication, easements, eminent domain, railroads, riparian rights and zoning.
